The tarball in this directory is exactly the same as the one in the "43"
directory, except for a replacement gums.config.template file.  I (cat) got
a replacement file from John Weigand on 1 November 2012; he uploaded it to
SOFTWARE-824.  It adds 4 VOs and their pool account mappings, plus it puts
the XML elements in alphabetical order by VO name, which is the order in
which GUMS would write the file.

The process by which this version was created is completely broken and must
be fixed!  I will work with Rob Quick and the GOC to work out and document
a sustainable process for future releases.
